My projects respond to the physical features, stories and people that belong to and navigate within specific places.

I have come to understand skateboarding (and its relationship to DIY aesthetics, gender, play and urban spaces) as my earliest adoption of a performance practice and as a persistent inspiration for the work I do. I make performances and curate performance events; I mentor and consult organisations and individuals on a range of creative and academic work; I write about performance, art and skateboarding; and I design and deliver workshops.

I am an ambassador for skateboarding charity, SkatePal, a member of skateboarding academic collective Re-verb Skateboarding, co-organiser of the academic strand of Pushing Boarders since 2018, and co-founder of Accumulations - a collective of movement artists leading research and practice on gender, space and somatic processes.
